EMDR Consultations
It is an honor to support clinicians connected to and providing support to folx at the intersection of neurodivergent, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ identities and communities as they work to bring EMDR Therapy to historically and systematically excluded communities.
I focus on complex trauma, oppression trauma, grief & loss, cultural stress, neurodivergent folx, and perinatal mental health. I believe in providing affirming therapy, that is inclusive, respectful and affirming of all sexual and gender identities, neurodivergence, race, ethnicities, spirituality, and disabilities.
Additionally, I have experience applying EMDR Therapy within Community Mental Health Centers and Integrated Medical Facilities. This means I understand the complexities and time limitations placed on therapists putting in the effort to provide effective EMDR Therapy in these environments.
I provide EMDR Therapy in both Spanish and English, adapting the wording for Spanish speaking folks in an effort to capture both meaning and context. I continue to support and guide the growth of BIPOC clinicians by co-facilitating EMDR Trainings in support of the BIPOC Cohort folx and the Dream Team.
Individual Consultation: EMDR Certification Credential & Ongoing Consultation
Rate: $130.00 USD for one hour of consultation.
Frequency of consultation: I can provide consultation 1 to 2 hours per month.

EMDR BIPOC Group Consultation: ICM Trainees
The EMDR BIPOC Group Consultations are for ICM Trainee clinicians who’s intersecting identifies are neurodivergent, Black, Indigenous, Latine, Asian, and other traditionally underrepresented persons of color (BIPOC), LGBTQIA+ and support BIPOC clients. The group consultation will support your training process by conceptualizing each of the eight phases of EMDR via the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model and Polyvagal Theory. Emphasis is on conceptualizing how systemic oppression, ableism, patriarchy, homophobia, transphobia, and all traumas on the continuum of traumas, as well as acculturation; contribute to oppressive cognitions and identity disconnection and loss. You will further your skills in how to develop the skill of providing Neuroaffirming, anti-oppressive EMDR Therapy and collaboratively guide therapy participants toward liberation and healing.
If you are a clinician working towards EMDR certification or an EMDR Therapist-In-Training working toward your foundational hours, I welcome you to consult with me. If you are in the process of gathering your foundational hours, you must have received your foundational training through ICM to participate in the group.
