EMDR Consultations
It is an honor to help support other clinicians connected to and providing support to neurodivergent, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities as they work to bring EMDR Therapy to historically and systematically excluded communities.
I focus on complex trauma, oppression trauma, grief & loss, cultural stress, neurodivergent folx, and perinatal mental health. I believe in providing affirming therapy, that is inclusive, respectful and affirming of all sexual and gender identities, neurodivergence, race, ethnicities, spirituality, and disabilities.
Additionally, I have experience applying EMDR Therapy within Community Mental Health Centers and Integrated Medical Facilities. This means I understand the complexities and time limitations placed on therapists putting in the effort to provide effective EMDR Therapy in these environments.
I provide EMDR Therapy in both Spanish and English, adapting the wording for Spanish speaking folks in an effort to capture both meaning and context.
Individual Consultation: EMDR Certification Credential
Rate: $130.00 USD for one hour of consultation.
Frequency of consultation: I can provide consultation 1 to 2 hours per month.

ICM Trainees Working in Non-Profit Community Mental Health and ICM Trainees

EMDR BIPOC Group Consultation: ICM Trainees
The EMDR BIPOC Group Consultations are for ICM Trainee clinicians identifying as Black, Indigenous, Latine, Asian, and other traditionally underrepresented persons of color (BIPOC) who work with BIPOC clients. The group consultation will support your training process by conceptualizing each of the eight phases of EMDR with a lens for identifying how systems of oppression contribute to oppressive cognitions. You will further your skills in how to guide therapy participants presenting with complex trauma, generational trauma, oppression trauma, cultural stress, grief and loss, PTSD, and anxiety by understanding the effects of these traumas via Polyvagal Theory and Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) to inform and adapt your Phase 2 interventions.
If you are a clinician working towards EMDR certification or an EMDR Therapist-In-Training working toward your foundational hours, I welcome you to consult with me. If you are in the process of gathering your foundational hours, you must have received your foundational training through ICM to participate in the group.
